Music
The excitement we share is an outpouring of the joy
of the Lord in our hearts. Our purpose is three-fold:
vTo honor the Lord with our songs of praise
vTo edify the saints, and evangelize the lost
vTo provide the organization through which
Christians can use their God-given talents
to lead others in worship
Our goals are to honor God with our praise, and to proclaim and exalt the name of Jesus Christ. Scripture tells us that He inhabits the praise of His people. As we seek to worship Him, He is faithful to speak to our hearts and lead us to a deeper relationship with Him. The Music Ministry seeks to provide the setting in which the work of the Holy Spirit may occur without hindrance.
The organization of the Music Ministry is structured to provide the opportunity for every interested person to participate and express their love for the Lord musically. And, as newcomers enter the church, it can serve as a smaller, more intimate group where relationships and support can be found.
